UPDATE 11:45 PM: Our upstream provider has apprised us that repairs to the damaged fiber are underway, but they are taking longer than expected. The new estimated completion time is 2 AM. We appreciate your continued patience and understanding.
UPDATE 8:00 PM: Our upstream provider has reported that while crews are working diligently, repairs are taking longer than originally anticipated. They now estimate the fiber repair to be completed around midnight tonight.
UPDATE 5:00 PM: We’ve been informed by our upstream provider that the disruptions are due to fiber damage in Oregon. Their crews are already on site and working hard to repair the fiber. We anticipate that service will be restored by approximately 10:30 PM tonight. Thank you for your patience.
