We have learned that multiple customers with CVT email addresses have received an email appearing to come from Copper Valley Telecom that states customers have exceeded their email limit and need to increase the storage capacity of their account. This email is a phishing scam and does not originate from CVT or the email platform.
We recommend that you delete this message and, as always, only open links or attachments from verified and trusted origins.
